If a product is out of stock, we will order this in from the manufacturer and advise you of the expected delay.
Xtreme Herbs uses Australia Post Express Post Next Day Delivery Service for all orders. Postage on all orders is $10 except for orders over $100 which is free.

Xtreme Herbs will accept the return of stock which is damaged or defective upon receipt. Please notify Xtreme Herbs immediately and return the faulty goods unopened and unused in their original condition. Replacement stock will be sent to you as soon as possible, or if requested, a refund for the damaged or defective goods will be issued. Xtreme Herbs will only provide refunds under these circumstances and will only issue a refund once returned herbs have been received.
