Juniper berries, very high in vitamin C, are used for lung, kidney and bladder problems. Traditionally juniper berries have been used as a culinary spice in Northern European meat dishes
Instructions for use
Brew 1 tsp of crushed berries in a pot of boiled water for 10 minutes, strain and pour. Blends well with other herb teas.
