Calendula (Calendula officinalis) also known as pot marigold, has antibacterial, antiviral and immune-stimulating properties. Calendula has been shown to alleviate symptoms of stomach ulcers, as well as help the body fight colds and fevers.
Instructions for use
Use 2 g per serve. Simmer in a pot for 20 minutes, then brew for ten minutes, strain add sweetener as needed. Suitable for use in paper tea filters.
