Buchu (Barosma betulina) is a South African herb that has been used for centuries to treat stomach and urinary disorders. Buchu has both antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Buchu Tea is a pleasant tasting tea that is thought to smell like black currants.
Instructions for use
Add 1/2 teaspoon of Buchu Tea to a pot of water and brew for 10 minutes. Strain, pour and add sweetener if needed. Suitable for use in paper tea filters.
