St Johns Wort (Hypericum perforatum) was originally used to ward off evil spirits and treat snakebites, but is now commonly used as an antidepressant. This great herbal tea has been reported to increase feelings of wellbeing, lead to more interest in life, increase self-esteem and restore normal sleeping habits.

Instructions for use
Add 1-2 teaspoons to a pot of boiled water. Brew for 10 minutes, strain and pour. Add sweetener if needed.
