Rosemary improves circulation to the brain, promotes liver function and is a powerful antioxidant. It helps with cramping from menstruation and irritable bowel.
Instructions for use
Use 2-5g (1-2 teaspoons) per serve. Brew in a pot of boiled water for 10 minutes, strain and pour. Suitable for use in paper tea filters.
