Gotu kola (Centella asiatica) is a popular herb used to improve memory and relieve the pain of rheumatism and arthritis. Gotu kola should not be confused with Kola Nut (Cola vera), which is an active ingredient in Coca Cola and contains caffeine. Gotu kola has no caffeine, and is not a stimulant.

Use 2-5g (1-2 teaspoons) per serve. Add honey and mix into a paste. Add hot water and serve. Blends well with Ginkgo and Brahmi.
