Echinacea boosts the immune system and is used to ward off infections, most notably the common cold. It is a mild antibiotic and is used to relieve the symptoms of hay fever. It is thought to increase the production of white blood cells, and improve the lymph glands.
Instructions for use
Add 1 teaspoon of Echinacea Herb Tea to a pot of boiled water, strain and pour. Add sweetener as needed. Suitable for use in paper tea filters.
