Chamomile (Matracaria Recutita) is one of the most popular herbs in the world, available in a variety of forms. As a herbal tea, Chamomile will calm and relax the entire body. It has been used to treat sleeplessness and insomnia for hundreds of years.
Chamomile is also used to sooth upset stomachs and can help ease headaches brought on by caffeine withdrawal.
Instructions for use
Add 1/2-1 teaspoon to a pot of boiled water and brew for 10-20mins. Strain and pour. Suitable for use in paper tea filters.
