According to folklore, the Angelica herb got its name from an angel who came to Earth to save humanity from a deadly plague. The angel told the people to hold a piece of Angelica root in their mouths and the plague was eradicated.
Angelica is a very good tonic herb for women and children, and is great for the treatment of cold and flu symptoms. Angelica is used for flatulence, dyspepsia (impaired digestion) and loss of appetite.
Instructions for use
Add 1/2 teaspoon to hot water and brew for 10 minutes. Add honey if required.
