Xtreme Banana Berry Smoothie
Try this great recipe for a quick and easy breakfast smoothie. Loaded with Xtreme energising herbs, this smoothie will wake your body and mind and keep you alert throughout the day.
Blend together these ingredients:
· 1 banana
· ¼ cup berries
· ½ cup low fat yoghurt
· ½ cup low fat milk
· 1 squirt of Xtreme Go Go 3x Liquid or ½ tsp Xtreme Guarana powder
· ½ tsp Xtreme Siberian Ginseng powder
· ⅛ tsp Xtreme Acerola powder
