How to use Powdered Herbs
Powdered herbs can be used in hot and cold drinks, cooking, and for filling empty capsules
for convenience. Some herbs are best used in their whole form and ingested when possible.
Usually 1 teaspoon (2grams) of herb per serve. These can be used in hot and cold drinks. For hot
drinks, add 1 teaspoon of powder to the cup, add 1 teaspoon of honey (or Stevia) and mix into a paste.
Add hot water and milk if needed.
These herbs may also be added to smoothies and juices. First mix the herb into a paste with juice, add a little more juice, let sit for a few minutes, top up and enjoy. Powders can be used in teas, smoothies, juices and cooking. Liquids tea concentrates and Effective Confectionaries are handy conveniant ways to enjoy the benefits of adding herbs to your day.
