Our aim is to make your experience with Xtreme Herbs a positive one. We succeed in doing this by making sure that we get our quality herbal products to you as quickly as possible without any fuss.

We want you to keep coming back well into the future so it is in our interest to make sure you are kept satisfied.

We understand that a lot of people are hesitant to deal with online businesses due to past experience or hearing about other people’s bad experiences – this is valid due to the number of experiences we personally have had that have left bad tastes in our mouths.

We know we can’t just say “trust us, we are different” but we can say that we understand that to remain successful, we need to have satisfied customers who are going to recommend us to their friends, families and colleagues. Xtreme Herbs has been in operation since 2004 and we have over 7,000 customers, some of which have been with us since the beginning. We are based just outside of Brisbane, in the Redlands Shire and we are Australian owned and operated.

For people who are hesitant about using their credit card online, we offer paypal, direct deposit, money order and cheque as alternative methods of payment. We do not see any of the credit card details as they are processed securely through St George Bank and our Australian -based merchant Direct One.
