| Q. How long does delivery take? |

A. We ship with Australia Post’s Registered Express Post service which offers next day deliver to most major cities across Australia, and delivery within 3 days to all other locations within Australia. Orders placed before 2pm weekdays (Queensland time) will be shipped the same day! Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday afternoon. Please note we have to receive your payment before we can ship, and if you pay by direct deposit, money order or cheque, it can take a few days for the payment to arrive. As soon as your herbs are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and details of your personalized Australia Post tracking code.
For customers outside Australia, please visit our international website (www.xtremeherbs.com). International orders are posted using Australia Post International Air Mail which takes 3-10 days to arrive, however on occasion customs within the destination country may choose to inspect individual shipments which can delay your order. |

A. We do not process phone orders, instead we request that all orders are placed online using our verified payment system provided by The Commonwealth Bank of Australia and verified by Secure Pay.
