Instructions for use

In liquid form, Supa Nova Bliss Liquid is rapidly absorbed by the body.  A standard dose is 5mL but the more you squirt the stronger the effect.  Empty into a drink or squirt straight into the mouth approximately 30-60 mins before clubbing, socializing or exercising.
