Instructions for use

Use on its own or blend with other herbs. Use 2-5 grams (1-2 teaspoons) per serve. May be brewed in a pot of boiled water for ten minutes, or mix in a cup with a teaspoon of honey and add hot water.  Alternatively add to smoothies or juice.
