Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) has been used for centuries in Russia to restore energy and strengthen the body.  

Siberian ginseng is technically not a kind of ginseng, but it produces similar physiological effects in the body.  This herb is a stress fighter; it helps the body adapt to stressful situations, giving you more zest for life.  It improves mental alertness and clarity, as well as increasing energy and endurance.  Siberian ginseng is also used to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation

Instructions for use

Use on its own or blend with other herbs. Use 2-5 grams (1-2 teaspoons) per serve. May be brewed in a pot of boiled water for ten minutes, or mix in a cup with a teaspoon of honey and add hot water.  Alternatively add to smoothies or juice.
