Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) is widely used in Chinese medicine for it's liver-protecting properties. Schisandra berries are said to increase energy, suppress coughs, treat fatigue and act as a sexual tonic in men.
Instructions for use Grate, slice or powder 2g of Schisandra berries. Simmer in a pot for 20 minutes, brew for 10 minutes then strain and serve. Add sweetener if needed.
