Rose hips (Rosa rubiginosa) are the berry-like fruit that are left behind after the blooms have died. Rose hips are extremely rich in vitamin C, with about 1700-2000mg per 100g of dried product. Used as a remedy for rheumatoid arthritis, rose hips are said to prevent urinary bladder infections and assist in treating dizziness and headaches.

Instructions for use
Use 2-5g (1-2 teaspoons) per serve. Simmer in a pot for 10 minutes, strain and pour. Add sweetener as needed.
