Instructions for use

Mix about 2 grams (or 1 teaspoon) of Ripley's Energy Blend and 1 spoonful of honey into a paste. Add hot water and milk, stir and enjoy! Ripley's Energy Blend powder can also be added to juice or smoothies and you can enjoy it at any time of the day that you need a pick-me-up!
