Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) is named from the resemblance of the plant's flowers to the Crown of Thorns worn by Jesus before his crucifixion. Passionflower is used to relieve muscle tension and calm anxiety and is recommended for insomnia and nervous disorders. More recently Passionflower has been used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.

Instructions for use
Can be taken as a tea or smoked. As a tea, add 2-5g (1-2 teaspoons) to a pot of boiled water and brew for 10 minutes. Strain, serve and add sweetener as needed. Great as a herbal rollie, or in a pipe. Whatever your preference - you'll love it!
