Nettle Tea (Urtica dioica) is an ideal addition to your diet if you are low on iron. It is one of the easiest and most economical ways for your body to absorb iron. Nettle is also used for arthritis, urinary tract problems, diarrhea, healthy hair and excessive menstrual flow.
Instructions for use
Use 2-5g (1-2 teaspoons) per serve. Brew in a pot of boiled water for 10 minutes, strain and pour. Add sweetener as needed.
