Mullein (Scrophulariaceae) has a long history in herbal wellness. Also known as Lungwort, Mullein is effective for lung and sinus problems. It reduces inflammation and helps to remove phlegm from the body. Mullein contains sulphur, potassium, iron and magnesium.

Add 1-2 teaspoons to a cup of hot water. Brew for 10 minutes, strain and pour. Add sweetener if needed and enjoy your Xtreme Herbs!
