Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) can be useful in reducing excess acidity levels in the stomach, and alleviating nausea. Meadowsweet has been used for centuries and is common throughout Europe and some parts of North America.

Instructions for use
Use 1-2 teaspoons per serve. Brew in a pot of boiled water for ten minutes, strain and pour. Add sweetener as needed.
