Reduce stress and anxiety with the 2007 Herb of the Year!
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) was offically recognised as Herb of the Year for 2007. Lemon Balm tea is made from the leaves of this plant, it is also known as Balm Mint, Bee Herb, Sweet Balm, Garden Balm, Honey Plant and Melissa. Lemon Balm is renowned for its ability to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep and ease pain and discomfort associated with digestion (including flatulence and bloating).
Lemon Balm makes a great tea on its own and can be used to flavour other herbal teas, cold drinks and even ice cream! To enhance the overall relaxing effect of Lemon Balm, why not combine this magical herb with other Xtreme relaxants, such as Valerian, Chamomile, and Hops.
