Working late, cramming in study or partying hard?
Botanical Name: Paullinia cupana
Common Names: Brazilian cocoa
Origin: Brazil
Form: Powder
When it comes to improving concentration, reducing tiredness and Donkey Kong domination generally, tea and coffee have gone the way of the handle-bar moustache. In their place stands Guarana (Paullinia cupana), a completely natural stimulant capable of the refreshing effect of tea and coffee but without the toxins.
Today guarana is hugely popular in South America through sales of products such as Guarana Soda! (their exclamation mark, not ours) and Pepsi’s Josta.
While guarana has a distinct and pleasant taste it’s unlikely to be the fruity flavour you’re thanking when you are being pushed through the 5am fatigue barrier to finesse that last 1000 words of your report or the last available guy/girl on the dance floor.
Ingredients
Guarana
Instructions for use
Mix 1 teaspoon of Guarana powder with juice, a smoothie, some honey or just throw it together like the cup of coffee you’re now (officially) too cool for. Blends well with Suma, Siberian Ginseng and Lemon Myrtle.
If you love the feeling of Guarana you're not alone. Why not try our Guarana Party Pop, Guarana 3X Liquid or Guarana Speed Balls!
