Eyebright (Euphrasia officcinalis), as the name suggests, is used for eye problems. Eyebright is used to reduce inflammation of the eyes, help treat conjunctivitis, styes, tired eyes and general eye irritation. Eyebright is also good for treating symptoms associated with hay fever and the common cold.

Instructions for use

Use 2g (1 teaspoon) per serve. Simmer in a pot of water for 10-20 minutes, strain and serve. Add sweetener as needed.
