Elecampane is said to "excite the urine" and "loosen the belly". It is used as an expectorant (a herb that increases the expulsion of mucus through coughing) and is used to relieve cold-related symptoms.

Instructions for use
Use 2g (1 teaspoon) per serve. Simmer in a pot of water for 10-20 minutes, strain and serve. Add sweetener as needed.
