Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), also called Lion's Teeth, is a popular plant with many uses - you can eat the new greens, make wine from the flowers and use the root for medicinal purposes. Dandelion root has a reputation for treating jaundice, the yellowing of the skin due to a diseased liver. Dandelion is high in calcium, so it can help strengthen bones and has been known to be used in the prevention osteoporosis.

Instructions for use
Use 2-5g (1 teaspoon) per serve. Brew in a pot of boiled water for 10 minutes, strain and pour. Add sweetener as needed.
