Calendula (Calendula officinalis) also known as pot marigold, has antibacterial, antiviral and immune-stimulating properties. Calendula has been shown to alleviate symptoms of stomach ulcers, as well as help the body fight colds and fevers.

Instructions for use
Grate, slice or powder 2g of Calendula. Add to a pot of hot water and simmer for 20 minutes. Allow the tea to brew for 10 minutes, before straining and serving. Add sweetener if needed. Lemon may also be added.
