Valerian tea is used to treat insomnia, stress and anxiety. It is most effective if used for long periods of time (several weeks). Many herbal preparations for insomnia combine valerian with other calming herbs, such as hops.

Instructions for use
Add 2 grams of Valerian tea to a pot of water and simmer for 20mins. Allow the tea to stand for 10mins then strain and serve. Add sweetener if needed.
