! Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners. This is the quickest method of payment - as soon as the payment is confirmed we are able to ship your order.

! Direct Deposit: Choose this payment when you complete your order and our bank details will appear. As soon as we receive the deposit into our account we will ship your order.

! Money Order: We accept Australia Post Money Orders. Simply post to our address which will appear once you complete your order. As soon as we receive the Money Order we will ship your order.

! Chq and Cash: We do accept Cheque and Cash payments. Cheques must clear before we ship your order.

Q. How long does delivery take? (Posted: 15th May, 2008)
A. We use Australia Post Express Post to deliver all orders. We ship all orders received and paid before 2pm (Qld time) on the same day. If you live within the Australia Post Express Post Network, you will receive your order the next business day! That's quick!

If you live outside the Australia Post Express Post Network, it will take 2 to 3 days.

A. For orders over $100 postage is free!

For orders under $100, postage is $7.00. We encourage people whose orders are just under $100 to add a small product such as Stevia Powder to your order so you take advantage of free postage.

Q. When my order is sent, does the packaging mention Xtreme Herbs? (Posted: 15th May, 2008)
A. Although all of our products are 100% legal, we do understand that some customers would prefer their herbs to arrive without Xtreme Herbs on the package. That's fine - please just make a note with your order, or shoot us an email and we'll take Xtreme Herbs return address sticker off the package. We will replace this with our personal details or as instructed.

A. No - we have decided to operate from a private address and we don't want to increase our prices to cover dead costs like rent. We believe that the best way to serve our customers is through great prices, fast delivery via express post and quick customer service. That's why we have a great, secure online ordering system. A. Xtreme Herbs was founded in 2004 and is wholly Australian owned and operated. In this time, we have built a reputation founded on quality and service.

Our herbs are sourced from around the world and brought direct to you via our Express Post delivery service. We have local suppliers in Sydney, Darwin and Northern NSW as well as international suppliers in places such as the UK, Europe and New Zealand.

A. Yes. We ask that people be sensible about taking our products. Do not use these products if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions. Always follow the directions given on the product labels, and consult your health care professional if you have any other concerns.

This is an adult site selling adult formulated products so we do not sell products to under 18's and don't promote the use of these products to under 18's.

A. No, none of our products will show up on any standard drug tests, because all of the products that we stock at Xtreme Herbs are 100% legal and cleared for sale in Australia.

That said, you should not consume any of our products before operating machinery, or generally before work.
