How to us Powdered Herbs
Powdered herbs can be used in hot and cold drinks, cooking, and for filling empty capsules
for convenience. Some herbs are best used in their whole form and ingested when possible.
Usually 1 teaspoon (2grams) of herb per serve. These can be used in hot and cold drinks. For hot
drinks, add 1 teaspoon of powder to the cup, add 1 teaspoon of honey...
